Wheat Flour, Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (8%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Flavour, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy))), White Chocolate Chips (6%) (Sugar, Milk Solids, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy)), Flavour), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (3%), Vegetable Oil, Modified Maize Starch (1422), Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Emulsifier (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids), Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum). Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 1/2 cup (125mL) water + 1/3 cup (80mL) vegetable oil + 2 extra large eggs Prep time 10 mins Baking time 15-20 mins 12 cup regular muffin pan 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Grease a 12 cup regular muffin pan with cooking spray. 1. Stir muffin mix, water, oil and eggs in a medium bowl and mix with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes (do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). Spoon batter into muffin pan filling each cup about 2/3 full. 2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Cook time may vary depending on oven. 3. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then remove from the pan onto a wire rack to cool completely. Muffins are best eaten fresh on the day they are made.
