Steggles Frozen Turkey Hindquarter Self Basting, deliciously marinated and ready to roast. Turkey is nature's supermeat. It is one of the leanest meat protein sources. Ingredients
Turkey (90%), Water, Salt, Mineral Salts (451, 450), Dextrose, Sugar, Natural Flavouring Substances, Potato Starch, Vegetable Gum (407), Dehydrated Vegetable, Herb & Spice Extracts.
Preparation Instructions
Defrosting instructions: Leave in bag and place turkey on a plate and thaw in fridge for approx. 13 to 14 hours per 500g. Once thawed do not refreeze.
Usage Instructions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 160°C (Fan Forced) or 180°C (Conventional). 2. Remove turkey from all packaging and place onto a lined tray. Cover with lightly oiled foil. 3. Cook for 30 minutes per 500g, or until an internal temperature of 75°C has been reached. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time to allow the skin to brown. Handling Turkey safely: 1. Store frozen product in the freezer. 2. Always keep raw turkey separated from other foods. 3. Always thaw frozen turkey completely before cooking. 4. Wash hands, work surfaces and utensils thoroughly in hot soapy water, before and after handling turkey. 5. Always cook thoroughly.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at or below -18°C.
