Ingredients
Muffin Mix (82%): Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Modified Maize Starch (1422), Whey Powder (Milk), Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Emulsifiers (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids, Sunflower Lecithin), Salt, Cocoa Powder, Flavour, Cinnamon, Thickener (Xanthan Gum). Crumble Topping (18%): Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Cinnamon (1.5%), Flavour (Milk), Malted Barley Flour. Muffin mix and a cinnamon crumble topping.
Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 2 extra large eggs + 1/2 cup (125mL) water + 1/3 cup (80mL) vegetable oil Prep time 10 mins Baking time 15-20 mins one 12 cup muffin tin 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease a 12 hole (1/3 cup) regular muffin tray with cooking spray. 1. Stir muffin mix, water, oil and eggs in a medium bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. (Do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). Spoon batter into muffin pan filling each cup about 2/3 full. 2. Open Cinnamon Crumble Sachet and gently sprinkle crumble mix by hand evenly over muffins. 3. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Cook time may vary depending on oven. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely.
