Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 2 extra large eggs + 125g melted butter or 1/2 cup vegetable oil plus 1 tablespoon of water Prep time 10 mins Baking time 25-30 mins 20x20 cm cake tin 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper. 1. Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs (or brownie mix, eggs, oil and water) in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until combined (Do not eat unbaked batter). Pour into prepared pan. 2. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre. Cook time may vary depending on oven - for an extra fudgy brownie, test after 23 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then gently remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely. 3. Swirl chocolate frosting on top of brownie.
