Wheat flour, corn starch, maltodextrin, burnt sugar, salt, onion powder, soy sauce powder (contains wheat), pepper, sage, natural flavours, sunflower oil, garlic extract. Contains naturally occurring glutamates.

Preparation Instructions

Just add... 2 teaspoons oil 500g lean minced beef 1 pack Continental Recipe Base 1 cup (250mL) water 1 carrot, diced 1/2 cup corn kernels 1/2 cup peas Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Simply... 1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan or Frying pan and brown mince. 2. Add Recipe Base, water and carrot; stir to combine. Cover and simmer For 10 minutes or until mince is cooked, stirring regularly. 3. Uncover, add corn and peas, and simmer for a further 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with sweet potato mash and green vegetables.
